  Woman on phone was rude. Said "you're making this difficult" when we asked for no onions. When we got our food, we realized 1) onions on everything 2) we had asked for several containers of sour cream, noted the extra cost. NO sour cream was given to us, and because they don't provide itemized invoices, no idea if we were charged for them or not 3) Ordered a soft taco with beans, cheese and chicken. No chicken was on the taco (again, no idea if they charged me extra for the chicken I didn't get).
  
  Only reason I didn't get 0/1 star is when they do get an order right, the food is fantastic. But with all these issues AND rude customer service? I won't be going back.
